Senior Resource Manager

Reporting to our Resource Director as a Senior Resource Manager you will ensure the optimal use of our Creative & Experience team to meet both our short and longterm goals. You will develop and execute workforce planning strategies forecasting staffing needs and optimising resource allocation to create operational efficiency. Working with our capabilities you will align workforce strategies with our goals contribute to a positive work environment and support the overall success of Jellyfish.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement workforce planning strategies that align with both shortterm and longterm goals
• Analyse staffing needs based on current and projected workloads industry trends and company growth
• Use data analytics and forecasting models to predict staffing requirements identify trends and improve resource allocation
• Collaborate with data analysts to collect and analyse workforce data to support decisionmaking
• Work with department managers HR and other team members to understand staffing requirements and ensure alignment across teams
• Facilitate crossdepartmental communication to provide a unified approach to workforce planning
• Assess team capacities and identify areas for improvement to ensure optimal resource use
• Partner with hiring managers to identify skill gaps explore upskilling opportunities and escalate findings to leadership.
• Set and adjust workforce planning goals ensuring alignment with evolving business needs
• Report on workforce metrics to leadership including talent risk management and areas for improvement.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends the latest technologies and best practices in workforce planning.
• Evaluate and enhance workforce planning processes to adapt to changing needs and challenges.
• Support the global Resource Team in building a wellresourced productive and effective global workforce.

Qualifications :

• 4 years of experience in workforce planning capacity planning or a related role within an international digital marketing advertising or technology business
• Experience using Salesforce Certinia or similar software for resource and workforce management
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools and models
• Ability to collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and resource optimisation
• Familiarity with digital marketing processes and workflows especially within creative teams.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices particularly in fastpaced environments.
• Passion for datadriven decisionmaking collaboration and driving efficiency
