Job Description

The Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition process through prehire and posthire activities facilitating a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams.

  • Coordinate candidate background medical and reference checking processes
  • Arrange travel transportation and accommodation for candidates
  • Coordinate aspects of the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Edit and post positions to the ATS accurately and within the specified timeframes
  • Administratively manage posting of roles to candidate generation channels
  • Ensure recruitment team are appropriately updated on progress escalate concerns or obstacles
  • Provide other administrative support to recruitment team as needed
  • Review and manage vendor systems daily to ensure progress and escalate accordingly.
  • Assist candidate with any questions or concerns throughout the process.
  • Assist vendor with completion of required check when necessary.
  • Monitor candidate onboarding tasks to ensure completion before or by due date.
  • Audit Preboarding Specialists work to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications :

Essential Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree is mandatory for this position. Advanced degrees may be considered favorably.

Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of two years of demonstrable experience in managing onboarding processes and conducting thorough document verification within an organizational context is imperative.

Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional proficiency in recruitment administration is essential.
  • Indepth knowledge of industrystandard concepts practices and procedures within talent acquisition is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced English language skills both verbal and written are crucial for effective communication.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the Microsoft Office suite with particular emphasis on Outlook is required.
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently are vital.
  • A commitment to delivering exemplary customer service to both colleagues and clients is nonnegotiable.

  • The successful candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes and be prepared to adapt to evolving industry standards.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality are paramount in this role.
  • The capacity to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines is essential.
