YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You coordinate daily vehicle transportation from branches to auctions impound lots to branches and between branches to ensure timely delivery based on the businesss operational needs
- You maintain and organize transport orders by working closely with colleagues and vendors to align all stakeholders with order expectations and ensure smooth execution
- You provide updates on vehicle movements to keep colleagues informed about any delays or changes in vehicle movements to maintain operational transparency
- You monitor and follow up on timely completion of transport orders to ensure vendors meet service level agreements (SLAs) by tracking progress and addressing any issues promptly
- You improve transportrelated processes by identifying and documenting issues proposing creative solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance transport efficiency
- You work with vendors to establish clear expectations ensure legal compliance and maintain costeffective operations
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You have 1 year of experience in logistics or an administrative role
- Education You have a high school diploma and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Technical Proficiency You are proficient in computer navigation including Microsoft Office Applications
- Soft Skills You are a critical thinker a problemsolver demonstrate strong organizational skills can multitask effectively and excel in professional communication
