- Assist in the accurate calculation validation and communication of sales incentive payouts ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and company objectives
- Contribute to the design and refinement of sales incentive schemes by analysing data and providing actionable insights to drive desired behaviours
- Assist in territory design and planning processes ensuring alignment with strategic goals by leveraging data insights and market research findings
- Manage the preparation and delivery of SFErelated adhoc and automated reports including global tools such as MarketView Next Gen Analytics and Sales Reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Consolidate reporting needs from multiple departments and ensure the outputs address organizational requirements comprehensively
- Gather analyze and synthesize market data and research findings to provide actionable insights into customer behaviors market trends and competitive dynamics
- Integrate market insights into field force planning territory design sales strategies and customer segmentation to identify risks opportunities and areas for optimization
- Assist in the implementation and management of automation initiatives for reporting incentive calculations and performance tracking processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Act as a key liaison between the sales force marketing and SFE teams to ensure alignment on performance metrics and strategic priorities
- Actively participate in brand teams contributing to both SFE and CEX initiatives while serving as a dedicated member to address brandspecific needs and objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Statistics Industrial Engineering Data Analytics Computer Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 45 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness Sales Operations or a similar role preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- English language proficiency both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of incentive calculation processes and sales performance metrics
- Analytical mindset with a focus on detail problemsolving and process improvement
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI Tableau or Excel
- Knowledge of automation tools and familiarity with governance frameworks is a plus.
