Job Description
Reporting to Senior Market Access Manager the responsibilities of Value Proposition Manager will be as follows;
Analysis of pharmaceutical pricing & reimbursement trends
Collaborate crossfunctionally with brand teams on all strategies and inquiries related to pricing reimbursement (P&R) and value messages.
Preparation of launch/price change business cases with the coordination of Commercial and Finance teams
Updating the internal price database and inform Affiliate regarding price/discount changes
Preparation of pricing and reimbursement dossiers and submission in a timely manner
Ensure that affiliate pricing and reimbursement activities comply with local regulations
Support the finance team by keeping the global pricing database up to date
Regularly inform internal stakeholders of changes in pricing and reimbursement conditions for both the AbbVie products and treatment alternatives
Cooperate with Medical and Commercial teams to prepare related parts of reimbursement dossier
Establish relationship with related governmental bodies and industry associations to ensure appropriate pricing & reimbursement strategies are in progress and address issues that impact AbbVies business.
Qualifications :
University degree preferably in life sciences Business/Economics or engineering
13 years of Market Access experience (Pharmaceutical environment will be preferred)
Fluency in English
Experience by solving complex business problems and managing analytical projects
Highly analytical with excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to combine strategic vision with execution and analysis
Ability to work with crossfunctional teams in matrix environments
Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
Problemsolving skills with a creative and solutionsdriven approach.
