You will work on a longterm project for the leading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private clients franchise.

Team Information: Part of the TDI End User Computing Division the Devices and Workplace (D&W) The Meeting Room Team provides platforms and expert services to all Bank Employees. Platforms include Cisco Conferencing solutions Microsoft Teams Rooms as well as Digital Streaming services.

The Meeting Room Solutions Team that you will be part of is responsible for the design architecture engineering testing and engineering support of all Unified Communications channels to include our meeting room conferencing solutions video on demand IPTV and digital signage.

You are a wellmotivated engineer with 5 years of experience and you will join a global team of other expert individuals that collectively design develop and deliver significant components of the Meeting Rooms solutions. Taking this role an engineer is responsible for managing or performing work across multiple areas of the banks overall IT Platform/Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design realtime communication solutions that meet the business security and technical requirements of the Bank.
• Analyze issues and evaluate possible solutions efficiently
• Review engineering test plans regularly to ensure quality and improve testing capabilities
• Deliver endtoend engineering solutions across multiple technology platforms
• Ensure stable reliable and resilient solutions are deployed to production
• Provide highquality user experience through thorough testing across the solution lifecycle
• Adhere to the Banks SDLC processes and Agile principles to include managing JIRA stories tasks and documentation
• Partner with Operations team to investigate platform related issues and provide solutions
• Work closely with EUC architects business stakeholders and security and compliance teams
• Maintain the Engineering DEV environments
• Adapt to new technologies performing PoC evaluations to validate requirements are met and clearly documenting your findings and recommendations

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of the components and technologies that are utilized in small medium and large conference rooms
• Solid understanding of Meeting Room systems and the underlying infrastructure such as Conference Room solutions Digital Streaming and Unified Communications
  • Experience with Logitech MTR
  • Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager
  • Experience with TriplePlay
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams
• Solid understanding of the infrastructure and platform components including but not limited to:
  • Windows Server Systems and Desktops
  • Networks
  • Security
• Adaptive to change ready to follow the Agile principles when managing activities and tasks
• Able to work independently on tasks and provide clear brief comprehensive updates in Jira
• Experience with tooling across the SDLC:
  • JIRA
  • ServiceNow
  • Confluence
• Proactive way of working and ability to show initiative
• Fluent English level

Preferred:

• Experienced in Service Management functions and tools
• Understands key elements of security risk and control
• Having Agile ITIL Cisco certifications is a plus
• Linux systems administration skills
