Year 3 Teacher Surrey
Are you a passionate and dedicated educator looking for an exciting opportunity in Key Stage 2 Our welcoming school in Surrey is seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join our team on a fixedterm contract starting in September 2025. Your Responsibilities
As our new Year 3 Teacher you will:
Plan and deliver engaging differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued and motivated to succeed.
Support childrens reading writing and numeracy development ensuring progress for all learners.
Use effective assessment strategies to track progress and adapt lessons to meet individual needs.
Encourage childrens curiosity problemsolving skills and independence in learning.
Work closely with parents and carers to support childrens learning both at school and at home.
Collaborate with the Key Stage 2 team to develop innovative teaching approaches.
What Were Looking For
A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 ideally in Year 3.
A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
A creative and childcentred approach to teaching and learning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
A commitment to highquality primary education and supporting childrens individual needs.
