Biology Teacher Sixth Form Focus at a Prestigious Leicester Grammar School
Location: Leicester
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: FullTime Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)
Are you an experienced Biology Teacher ready to inspire motivated learners in an academically selective setting A leading grammar school in Leicester is seeking a dynamic Biology Teacher with strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach confidently across Key Stages 3 to 5 including ALevel Biology.

The Role
As a Biology Teacher at our Leicester grammar school your core responsibilities will include:
Teaching Biology to highachieving students at Key Stages 3 4 and 5
Delivering engaging and academically rigorous lessons tailored for sixthform learners
Supporting students applying for sciencerelated university courses including medicine
Contributing to curriculum development and departmental enrichment initiatives
Collaborating with a team of dedicated Biology Teachers to maintain outstanding results
