Job Description
At the heart of our business is our people and were looking for an experienced Head Chef with a strong background in highquality catering services to join our team at one of our prestigious educational settings.
As Head Chef your focus will be on fostering strong relationships within your team to deliver outstanding customer service. Youll lead by example working collaboratively to ensure the highest standards are met.
In addition to exceptional presentation organisational and communication skills youll bring a genuine passion for food and service along with enthusiasm and a drive for excellence.
Qualifications :
- Be a proven handson leader able to invest in your team and their development
- Be naturally outgoing and vibrant display a real passion for food and customer service
- Have excellent Health & Safety knowledge
- Be financially astutewith good understanding of GP calculation and have strong IT literacy
- Be innovative and creative and driven by excellence
- Stay up to date with current food trends
