Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at famous Westminster Abbey.
The cafe at Westminster Abbey serve freshly made traditional British mains sandwiches salads and cakes.
There is also a great opportunity if you wish to support the Head Chef in menu development and learn from working with an experienced team.
We Offer:
Rate: 13.50 14 p/h Service charge
Shifts: 5 days out of 7; daytime shifts mostly 7.30am 4.30pm
Contract: Full Time/ Permanent
About the Chef de Partie role:
- Food preparation stock rotation and food labelling
- General cleaning duties
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
- Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fastpaced high volume kitchen.
