David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Business Advisor for their Mlaga office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quickly identify client needs and uncover potential business opportunities through effective questioning and listening.
- Guide clients through their decisionmaking process building trust and positioning yourself as a knowledgeable and reliable advisor.
- Develop a strong understanding of cloud services including cost management and monitoring tools with a technical learning mindset.
- Act as a technical resource for customers by addressing inquiries resolving concerns and building credibility.
- Understand the stages of the customer engagement or sales lifecycle to better support decisionmaking and identify growth opportunities.
- Recognize and act on both obvious and subtle sales prospects including future initiatives and postevaluation followups.
- Provide constructive feedback to internal teams including operations product development and engineering to help improve offerings and customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
