The Opportunity
Our Community Branch Network Division is seeking a client-focused Insurance Advisor. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Our Abbotsford branch is located right inside the Fraser Valley Auto Mall. Were the exclusive insurance broker to the Fraser Valley Mall dealerships.
The Responsibilities
- First things first youll provide ICBC and private auto coverage in the office and dealerships.
- We work as a team so youll assist in the office as needed by helping customers at the counter answering telephones and everything in between
- Youll handle any customer complaints with professionalism and understanding
- Youll set and adhere to production budgets including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales production
- Youll ensure compliance with all insurers Insurance Council of BC and Privacy Act rules and regulations
- Youll ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documentation and funds
- We want you to grow too! Youll be continuing your professional development in order to further enhance your skills and abilities
- At the end of the day we represent HUB. Youll need to ensure that you understand and live up to our HUB values mission and vision
The Requirements
- Level 1 General Insurance License
- 6 months of previous insurance experience
- Strong communication written and verbal; someone who is experienced in building relationships with clients through a customer service mindset
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a high sales drive and initiative
- A valid drivers license and your own personal vehicle to travel to dealership locations
Asset experience that will make you stand out:

The expected salary range for this position is$40000 - $50000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience andworking location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
