A remote investment group is currently building a nationwide team of contractfocused assistants to support the fastpaced world of digital real estate wholesaling. This role is fully online selfpaced and built for individuals who want to step into real estate from the backendmanaging contract flow deal timelines and digital paperwork with clarity and precision.
No real estate license is required. You will not be sourcing leads making phone calls or negotiating deals. Instead youll be managing the lifecycle of existing contractsverifying accuracy preparing assignments and facilitating clean handoffs between motivated sellers and investor buyers.
The entire process youll follow has been developed by a nationally recognized wholesaler and A and amp;E television personality. This isnt theory. Youll be working inside a real revenuegenerating deal system.
About the Role
As a Project Assistant your job is to keep things moving. Youll receive real estate contracts that have already been signed and agreed upon. Your task is to make sure theyre legally sound fully completed and delivered to the buyer with all the necessary attachments and timestamps in place.
This is the side of wholesaling that few people talk aboutbut its where most of the profits are protected (or lost). Youll be using tools like shared drives checklists and communication templates to help coordinate deal flow from intake to assignment.
Youll never be on the phone. Youll never need to speak with a seller. And you wont be responsible for lead generation. This is real estate work designed for focused processminded individuals who love crossing ts and dotting is.
Your DaytoDay Tasks
Receive and review purchase agreements submitted by acquisition reps
Check contracts for accuracy signature completion and critical terms
Organize files using a predefined structure with consistent naming protocols
Track all activity in a deal log including timelines buyer status and final delivery
Coordinate assignment documents using templates and compliance guides
Follow up with internal team members or investor buyers using prewritten messages
Finalize the digital deal packet and archive it upon completion
Submit closed deals to a central archive for records and payout review
