Job Description
A vibrant creative school in Ealing with a strong focus on the Performing Arts is seeking a passionate and skilled Drama Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Drama Teacher to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 and potentially ALevel Drama developing their performance and analytical skills within a creative school environment. Location: EalingRole: Drama Teacher (FullTime Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver creative and challenging Drama lessons across Key Stages 34 (and potentially KS5).
- Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of dramatic techniques and theatrical styles within Drama fostering creativity.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Creative Arts to share best practice and enhance the Drama curriculum within our creative school.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Drama valuing creative development.
- Direct and support school drama productions and extracurricular drama clubs encouraging creative participation.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Drama Theatre Studies or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Drama at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply) with a focus on creativity.
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Drama and theatre with experience in fostering creative performance.
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students in Drama through creative activities.
- A passion for fostering creativity and performance skills through Drama within a creative school environment.
