A lean and fastmoving real estate acquisitions team is expanding its virtual operations and bringing on new Remote Intake Coordinators to support the initial documentation and administrative steps in offmarket property deals. This is not a traditional sales or customerfacing roleinstead its a backend support position designed to keep real estate deals moving forward through efficient digital coordination.
If youre someone who enjoys systems working independently and being part of meaningful transactions without the pressure of sales this opportunity is built for you. Youll be responsible for managing and verifying inbound agreements maintaining contract accuracy and keeping the pipeline organized and compliantall while working remotely on your schedule.
Youll be trained in a simple and duplicatable process created by a nationally known A and amp;Efeatured real estate investor. This system has already helped thousands streamline deal coordination without needing to be licensed agents or professional investors.
Overview of Daily Activities
Your workflow will begin with reviewing new property submissions from acquisition partners. Each property contract is prenegotiated and comes with defined terms. Your responsibility is to ensure those contracts are logged verified formatted and moved to the next stageassignment. Youll work primarily inside digital tools like Google Drive spreadsheets and shared folders using checklists and templates to handle every contract the same way every time.
Once a contract is confirmed your role shifts to prepping the assignment packet. Youll confirm that key terms are clear documents are signed and stored correctly and the communication record with the seller is complete. From there youll assist in delivering the packet to the buyer and archiving the final documentation.
This role does not involve managing clients attending meetings or working the phones. Everything happens via cloud tools and written messages. Youll use scripted templates to follow up with sellers or buyers when needed but youll never be cold calling or negotiating prices.
Key Duties
Process new residential property agreements as theyre submitted
Verify accuracy of all contract details including price seller name and close date
Record and log contracts into tracking systems using provided formats
Communicate with parties via text or email using prewritten messages
Prepare assignment documentation and ensure full compliance with internal standards
Track key dates document versions and missing materials
Deliver final packets to buyers in clean organized digital format
Maintain detailed internal records for audit compliance and handoff
