As an IAM Senior Developer / Solution Architect Directories you will:
- Coown the technical design development configuration and operation of the IAM Directory landscape with a strong focus on NetIQ Directory Services and Identity Management (IDM).
- Support system and product architects by refining and implementing enablers for the architectural runway.
- Validate and implement functional and nonfunctional requirements in alignment with IT principles and business practices.
- Provide highlevel effort estimations for the implementation of designed solutions.
- Develop and configure new functionalities based on IAM architectural principles strategy and standard processes.
- Drive standardization automation and proactive system improvement.
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum events contributing to team planning and delivery cycles.
- Coordinate and validate the realization of designed capabilities and functionalities according to specifications.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10 years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- 7 10 years of professional experience with Directories including Linuxbased directory services.
- Deep handson experience with NetIQ eDirectory and IDM is essential.
- Additional experience with Red Hat Directory Server (DS) Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git Jenkins Docker Terraform Ansible Python and Postman.
- Experience in working with Agile teams and implementing CI/CD/CTbased automation.
