Job Description
- Design configure and implement SAP Customer Service (CS) and FICO modules with a primary focus on Resource Related Billing (RRB) processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate billing and financial requirements into SAP solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between customer service controlling and financial modules to support accurate and timely billing.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle from requirements analysis and solution design to testing deployment and postgolive support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities within the SAP landscape.
- 4 6 years of handson experience in SAP CS and FICO with a strong specialization in Resource Related Billing (RRB).
- Solid understanding of cost collection service order processing and revenue recognition in an RRB context.
- Experience working with SAP ERP Customer Service (CS) module.
- Exposure to or understanding of SAP Result Analysis is a desirable plus.
- Translate complex customer service and finance requirements into efficient SAP configurations.
- Implement RRB solutions that align with business needs and ensure accurate billing processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve billing and financial processing issues promptly.
- Document solutions and support enduser training to enhance adoption and usability.

Ensure seamless integration between customer service, controlling, and financial modules to support accurate and timely billing. Participate in the full project lifecycle from requirements analysis and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities within the SAP landscape. What You Bring to the Table: 4 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP CS and FICO, with a strong specialization in Resource Related Billing (RRB).
