This role require to lead a team in identifying new opportunities provide market input to maximise the sales revenue.
Job Scope:
Lead and supervise a team of sales professionals to meet defined monthly quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the building materials industry to expand market reach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers business owners and industry influencers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and cold calling to open new accounts
Promote brand visibility by utilizing marketing materials and display tools in clientfacing environments.
Conduct effective product presentations to stakeholders and potential clients to showcase products advantages and salient features.
Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decisionmaking.
Maintain accurate records by entering visit details sample information and client data into Salesforce CRM
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role within the building materials or architectural products with proven sales track record.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
. Experience in leading a team
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
