Job Description
Telesales Team Lead
Location: Padivattom Edappally
Experience:5 years of experience in telesales or customer support and Minimum 1 year of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.
Qualification: Degree Mandatory
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Tamil or Hindi
Salary: Upto 40000 per month(negotiable as per previous experience and package)
Working Days: 5 days a week
Job Summary:
We are looking for a resultsdriven and experienced Telesales Team Lead with a strong background in telesales and customer support. With 5 years of handson experience and at least 1 year in a leadership role the ideal candidate will lead a team of telesales agents to achieve targets deliver excellent customer service and continuously improve team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide coaching mentoring and performance feedback to improve individual and team effectiveness.
- Conduct regular team meetings training sessions and oneonone checkins to support professional development.
- Monitor live and recorded calls for quality assurance and provide constructive feedback.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on team performance and suggest areas for improvement.
- Handle escalations and ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing customer service etc. to support campaign strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain uptodate product knowledge and ensure the team is informed about changes or promotions.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in telesales and or customer support.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of telesales techniques objection handling and customer engagement.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to meet sales goals.
- Excellent communication coaching and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and call center software is a plus.
- Bachelors degree mandatory.
