You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a Senior professional to join our client Customer Journeys team and help shape the future of their financial services offerings. We re looking for a Customer Journey Expert to lead and optimize customer experiences for investment products supporting key marketing initiatives and strategic priorities.
As a Customer Journey Expert you ll manage a portfolio of projects and work closely with a multidisciplinary marketing team including UX designers and gotomarket specialists. Your goal: deliver seamless digitalfirst journeys that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Support the of product strategy through effective marketing initiatives.
Lead and coordinate highimpact projects to improve customer journeys.
Design test and enhance customer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
Develop and refine value propositions to attract and retain customers.
Support and coach colleagues in delivering customerfocused solutions.
Plan and implement crosssell and upsell campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Drive adoption of digital tools through targeted campaigns for brokers clients and prospects.
Monitor market trends and share competitive insights to guide innovation.
Master s or Bachelor s degree with solid professional experience.
10 years of experience in marketing ideally in insurance or financial services.
Knowledge of banking or insurance products and industry trends would be nice to have.
Fluent in French and Dutch; good command of English.
Strong skills in project management and Agile methodology.
Experienced in customer journey mapping and design thinking.
Excellent communicator strategic thinker and team player.
Able to translate complex products into clear customerfriendly value.
Confident presenting strategies to senior leadership.
Proactive solutiondriven and eager to make an impact in a collaborative environment.
