This is a high visibility role working with senior leadership across the Medical Division. As the Senior Financial Analyst you will shape business strategy through compelling financial storytelling and insights.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop annual budgets quarterly projections and longterm financial plans.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for leadership clearly communicating results analysis and recommendations to support strategic discussions.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for monthly divisional results.
- Partner with crossfunctional leaders to drive financial strategy and support business goals
- Enhance cash flow and balance sheet forecasting and reporting.
- Strengthen collaboration with HR and finance leadership on headcount planning.
- Consolidate analyze and track company operating budgets and exercises accounting control to ensure that expenditures so not exceed amounts budgeted.
- Analyze financial performance identify key tends and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and profitability.
What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree required in finance accounting or business related field
- 2 years relevant experience required
- Advanced understanding of business strategy financial strategy financial projections reporting and consolidations preferred
Preferred:
- CPA or CMA
- Power BI
- Public accounting experience
