Job Description
This Colocation clinic is fully equipped and uptodate with all the facilities needed to provide comprehensive uptodate and the best of care to our clients including 2 consult rooms a separate dog and cat ward surgery radiology Xray ultrasound and tonometry.
Greencross Vets Brookvale is the perfect practice for a senior vet nurse with existing leadership experience and a great sense of humour to join a team of positive and outgoing nurses and passionate veterinarians.
We are looking for a Full Time Practice Manager with leadership capabilities and attention to detail youll be goal orientated and team focused with the ability to coach and mentor in a collaborative manor. Familiarity with practice manager duties including rostering and human resources is a bonus! Preference for experience with RX Works and Kronos.
Your new role will see you;
- Managing the daytoday operations of our clinic including stock management people management and rostering and maintaining client records
- Leading and developing our team to provide an excellent client experience exceptional patient care and to build a positive team culture
- Ensuring that monthly KPIs are met
- Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
- Nursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses
About Your Skills & Experience;
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
- Genuinely care about clients patients and our team
- Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse with team management strong leadership and team building skills
- Excellent animal handling skills
- An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good business insight and organisational skills
