Dental Practice Manager Family Smiles of Commerce
Location: Commerce TX
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Salary Range: $40000$50000 annually (depending on experience)
About the Role
Community Dental Partners is seeking a qualified Dental Practice Manager to lead daily operations at our Family Smiles of Commerce location. This leadership position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences optimizing practice performance and guiding a team of professionals in alignment with our values and operational standards.
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Regional Manager
Supported by the Operations Director
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all non-clinical aspects of the dental office including scheduling patient flow billing and collections
Ensure efficient day-to-day operations and an excellent patient experience
Monitor and manage the practice budget while meeting performance goals
Lead coach and develop the front office and back-office teams
Support marketing initiatives and patient outreach to promote growth
Maintain compliance with company policies regulatory guidelines and safety protocols
Collaborate with internal departments including HR Marketing Clinical Support Procurement and our Support Center

Qualifications
Previous dental or healthcare management experience is preferred but not required
Familiarity with dental billing insurance claims and front-office operations is a plus
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to change and lead through evolving environments
Proficiency in managing teams multi-tasking and problem-solving
