The Opportunity:
Avantor a Fortune 500 company is a leading global provider of missioncritical products and services to customers in the biopharma healthcare education & government and advanced technologies & applied materials industries.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Avantor organization as Account Manager Biopharma & Healthcare (m/f/x) and play an important role in our team working with customers from life sciences and biopharma sectors in Belgium.
What We Are Looking For
- Education:You have a relevant degree in the Life Sciences area or equivalent.
- Experience:Ideally you already have experience in b2b sales in the relevant industry
- Language Skills:You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of English.
- Skills:You have commercial flair are communicative proactive customeroriented and know how to build bridges between different departments.
- Location:You live in the Northern Part of Belgium and have a valid drivers license.
How You Will Make an Impact
- You will collaborate with the Sales Manager to create a sales plan for the customers/region assigned to you and ensure the realization of this plan.
- You will visit customers/laboratories/production facilities and conduct sales conversations with endusers and buyers.
- You will take the lead on larger projects such as European tenders and lab setups.
- You will ensure the rollout of contracts and guide implementations at customers.
