Job Description
As a Seeds Field Crops P&S Finance Business Partner you will perform Financial Planning & Analysis activities for Seeds internal and external production spend site COGP capital investments and production variances. You will be a trusted partner to respective finance and business stakeholders to provide insightful analysis and recommendations on the respective financials. Besides that you will drive improvements and technology adaptations in Financial Planning & Analysis processes. You will also actively participate in the development and implementation of the relevant operational plans to ensure clarity of the financial impact including support of evaluation of new businesses and models.
We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:
- Analyse monthly production variances internal and external Seeds production spend site COGP capital investments and provide relevant commentaries and insights to finance and business stakeholders
- Based on discussions with business stakeholders and in collaboration with AccountingtoReporting teams ensure production spend variances and accruals are properly reflected in reported monthly results
- Participate in monthend closing processes
- Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to support business decisions understanding business performance on a monthly / annual basis
- Leverage technology (SAC) to further develop (SAC stories) and fully utilize available reports to meet the needs of the various business owners on time with high quality
- Full accountability for the analysis and commentaries to business stakeholders for variance analysis of function cost reports
- Provide reliable and timely budgets and latest outlooks for production area in scope
- Participate in strategic business planning and business processes by preparing financial budgets and rolling forecasts
- Support the site monthly review process
- Focus on reliable full year outlooks and risk/opportunity assessments
Qualifications :

You will be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor/Master/MBA/Business School in Economics or Finance
- 5 years in Finance and Controlling is a must
- Production controlling experience is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of business drivers and commercial issues
- Best practices for the development of annual budgets latest estimates and financial planning
- Advanced financial and accounting acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is a must other languages are a plus
