REGIONAL SALES MANAGER Texas Oklahoma Arkansas Louisiana
Their Regional Sales Managers create a sales presence across a broad space that includes retail education commercial properties tourist attractions transportation hubs manufacturing/distribution sites places of worship convention spaces office spaces government facilities and more.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by qualifying prospects developing solutions that help customers achieve better security and patron/employee experience managing and negotiating with clients and closing.
The job;
Building and managing pipeline in a particular territory to achieve or exceed annual quota
Traveling to clients across your given territory to have meaningful discussions about technology and operational solutions and participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Continuously seek out new sales opportunities through internal relationships networking customer references and marketing support
Facilitating potential client conversations with a strong emphasis on listening to their needs and helping achieve their goals
Preparing and delivering technical and operational presentations on products and services
Negotiating/closing deals
Navigating prospect objections and having unique conversations about tradeoff considerations
Developing and communicating realistic return on investment and demand calculations
Ability to present product demonstrations in a live environment that demonstrates the system capabilities relative to their needs
Gathering feedback from customers/prospects and sharing/collaborating with internal teams to achieve better results

Travel and work schedule most Regional Sales Managers travel up to or over 50 of the time. Our customers operate on nights weekends and holidays which means that sometimes our account executives do too.
Requirements
Were looking for someone with demonstrated success in the following areas:
5 years of selling complex solutions (Hardware and/or SaaS products) to enterprise and strategic customers in multiple vertical markets
Building pipeline and closing business for new and innovative disruptive technologies using solutionoriented approaches and consultative selling tactics
Adapting to fastgrowing and changing environments influencing at the (Csuite) executive level and addressing key business issues
Orchestrating and aligning stakeholders around a common objective
Experience as an operator or technical SME in security technology
History of creating and maintaining relationships
Strategic account planning and skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
Attention to detail and insistence on excellence
Excellent written and verbal communication
Other Desired Qualifications:
Military intelligence or law enforcement Homeland Security SLED experience
Experience selling to Chief Security Officers Director of Security General Managers Venue Directors and other key leaders within venues and facilities
Relevant certifications and training in Security Cybersecurity or another applicable field
Experience as an operator or technical SME in security technology
Experience selling into an existing network of sports entertainment and facility security
