Description

UL Solutions is seeking a Client Services Coordinator II to join our team in Canton MA. This hybrid role requires working onsite three days per week. In this role you will manage and coordinate client accounts ensuring deadlines are met internal and external communication channels remain open and processes for handling work and generating technical reports are optimized. Working under general direction and established policies you will interact with UL team members and clients to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.



Responsibilities
  • Organize and process incoming client samples and maintain accurate records.
  • Address and resolve sample receipt issues with clients promptly.
  • Communicate project timelines and updates to clients.
  • Prepare and finalize reports for assigned client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the program team to meet project deadlines.
  • Adhere to the UL Solutions Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security protocols.

Qualifications
  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent plus one year of directly related experience.
  • Required: Ability to use judgment in technical client services and management issues.
  • Required: Effective computer and communication skills written and verbal.
  • Required: Experience with and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
