We are hiring an experienced Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Amazon Music team to drive WW customer acquisition. You will define execute and measure Affiliate marketing from strategy to to drive scalable growth for the business. This marketing leader will be passionate about measuring ROI as well as a thinking big to develop capabilities to optimize. This person will build highly impactful acquisition campaigns and test into white space opportunities. An entrepreneurial spirit a creative mindset for pushing boundaries and the ability to work effectively with a large number of partners and international stakeholders are some of the key skills we are looking for.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to acquire new Amazon Music subscribers and users through partnerships
Identify recruit and onboard highperforming affiliate partners that align with the Amazon Music brand and customer base
Negotiate and manage affiliate program terms commission structures and campaigns with partners
Monitor affiliate program performance and optimize campaigns to maximize subscriber/user acquisition
Create compelling affiliate marketing assets promotional materials and toolkits to enable partners to effectively promote Amazon Music
Stay uptodate on affiliate marketing best practices tools and industry developments
Partner closely with crossfunctional teams such as Marketing Analytics Product Finance Engineering and Growth to drive best practices identify testing opportunities and develop roadmaps
Audit and update existing data pipelines in collaboration with the Business Intelligence and Tech teams to ensure the highest level of data quality.
Derive critical insights from data (frontend performance metrics from affiliate partners and backend Amazon actions) and synthesize recommendations to deliver improvements to campaign performance.
Partner with strategic crossfunctional teams to support GTM plans for upcoming product and marketplace launches
6 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
6 years of experience in affiliate marketing partnership marketing or a related field.
Experience building executing and scaling marketing programs across multiple international markets.
4 years of experience managing multimillion dollar >$10MM annual) paid media budgets.
4 years of experience using affiliate marketplaces such as
4 years of experience in advanced fraud detection mechanisms and tools to drive high quality user acquisition from affiliates
3 years experience with modern BI tools like Tableau Google Analytics Adobe Analytics or Amazon Quick Sight
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to work with large data sets.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a natural curiosity to measure test learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills to drive recommendations articulate tradeoffs and communicate plans to senior executives.
8 years in Affiliate Marketing managing acquisition marketing campaigns with an international scope for a directtoconsumer subscription service or in the media & entertainment industry.
Demonstrated high level leadership and communication (written and verbal) skills to drive recommendations. Ability to articulate tradeoffs explain complex issues and communicate plans to senior executives
Timemanagement skills: ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously making the necessary tradeoffs among customer experience scope and time to market.
Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions drive rationale discover root causes and identify opportunities.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
