Transportation Scheduler
Full Time 40 Hours/Week; 52 Weeks/Year
York County Community Transportation is seeking a qualified applicant to perform a variety of scheduling functions for a countywide program. Responsibilities include receiving and coordinating incoming call requests for transportation services create driver manifests to accommodate rider requests and support other team members when necessary.
Applicants must have strong customer service and organizational skills as well as experience in a position requiring accuracy and attention to detail; two years of scheduling experience and knowledge of the local area preferred. Must be competent in word processing and general computer skills with a demonstrated ability to function as a team player in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
