Job Description
Principal Solution Architect Nike Inc. Beaverton OR. Align strategic objectives with tactical demands and deliver technical solution approaches that clearly describe the different views of an architecture for implementation. Engage collaborate and partner with various functional leaders technical leaders and executive partners to understand long and short term business and technology strategies. Provide thought leadership and engage in proactive planning of an executable technology roadmap. Develop solution options recommendations designs based on the Financial Planning and Performance Management platform and its roadmaps requirements enterprise security standards and reference architectures. Drive and facilitate the right discussions that identify business solutions in relation to current and future technology landscape. Create and maintain solution and technology inventories. Work closely with architects and engineering to deliver solution architecture artifacts. Ensure architecture alignment across domains and enabling functions (verticals and horizontals). Work closely with Foundational Architecture and Enterprise PaaS teams to drive prioritization of needed capabilities. Advocate and drive adoption of standard methodologies to ensure standardization of solution architecture outputs across the enterprise. Alignment with corporate strategies through strong business and technical thought leadership. Lead priorities and timelines with little need for customer concern. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S. except from AK AL AR DE HI IA ID IN KS KY LA MT ND NE NH NM NV OH OK RI SD VT WV and WY.
Must have a Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or Computer Information Systems and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a Architectrelated occupation. Experience must include:
