What Youll Be Doing:
- Call potential clients that have inquired about our products and services through our online portal
- Building meaningful relationships with business owners showcasing the value of partnering with Inc Authority.
- Guiding clients through business formation services like LLC registration EIN setup and legal documentation to ensure a successful launch.
- Delivering tailored solutions based on each clients unique goals and needs while maintaining exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with potential customers and internal team members.

- Possess excellent communication skills and relationship building skills.

- Have at least one year of customerfacing experience whether in person or over the phone.

- Are techsavvy professional with basic computer skills (MS Office CRMs).
