Part Time Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part TimeAdministrator to join us at our National Retunes Centre . Were always on the lookout for top talent to join our growing business. In fact we never stand still we work hard make quick decisions and deliver to our ambitious goals every day.

This is a part time role across 5 days your working week will be 12:00 16:00 Mon Fri.

What you will do:

• Ordering of Stationery & Uniform for new and existing colleagues
• Resolving general queries from warehouse transport agencies
• Logging and Raising Purchase Orders on eBis system
• Meeting and greeting guests/staff members that come on site assisting them upon arrival and showing them to meeting rooms etc.
• General Admin Filing Boxing off manifests/driver run sheets
• Sending collection notes/PODs/Hub Sheets over to Stock collections
• General Admin duties as and when required

Essential skills and experience required:

• Previous administration experience gained within a fastmoving organisation is a must.
• The ability to deal with high volumes of work in a timely fashion (sometimes under pressure) and with minimal error.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Software such as Word Outlook Teams Excel PowerPoint etc.
• Selfmotivation you will instinctively know what needs prioritising and can deliver time after time.
• A real team player attitude you will be trusted to get the job done but supported of course!
