About Us: Risse Brothers School Uniforms is a dynamic company specializing in highquality uniform goods serving customers across multiple states. We pride ourselves on providing excellent products and services and were looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team.
Position Overview: The Warehouse & Retail Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support both our warehouse and retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. This position offers flexibility with opportunities to transition into a fulltime role after the summer months.
Primary Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
Shipping and receiving goods ensuring accurate processing and tracking.
Pulling and organizing orders for stores across different states.
Working with embroidered products coming off the machine ensuring they meet quality standards.
Keeping warehouse organized and clean for optimal efficiency.
Retail Support (as needed):
Running checkout and assisting customers in our retail store when required.
Maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Secondary Responsibilities (if applicable):
Customer service: Assist with customer inquiries product recommendations and any other retail needs.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous warehouse shipping/receiving or retail experience is a plus.
Comfortable with technology (POS systems order management).
Must be able to lift up to XX lbs and stand for extended periods.
Flexible and open to working in different roles (warehouse and retail).
