Job Description

The Senior Director US Aficamten Customer Experience & Patient Solutions Strategy Marketing Lead will report directly into the Vice President of US Aficamten Marketing and will be a critical member of the Marketing Leadership Team. This colleague will be responsible for driving the development and of the U.S. strategy to ensure a seamless experience for HCPs and Patients and will work closely with a broad array of US stakeholders including Global Access and Value Patient Support Sales Operations.

The Senior Director must have the ability to contribute strategically as a thought partner with the VP of Marketing and VP of Customer Experience and Insights but also work independently as a strategic leader and flawlessly execute the tactical plan. It is imperative that this person drive performance and marketing excellence through partnership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and overarching differentiated customercentric strategy for US Aficamten Access Integration inclusive of the HCP and Patient Customer Experience and Payer Pull through plans and ensure alignment across all key stakeholders

  • Lead development and of a comprehensive launch plan to ensure broad reaching awareness of patient support services and access landscape

  • Partner closely with Treatment Experience Team HCP and Patient Marketing Team Leads as well as Sales Leadership to ensure strong executional plans are in place at launch; act as brand steward ensuring Access Integration brand strategy is at center of all promotional efforts

  • Partner with Patient Marketing and Treatment Experience teams to develop implement and monitor patient adherence strategy to ensure adherence and persistency is at or above established internal metrics

  • Coordinate closely with Omnichannel marketing lead to build effective customer engagement ecosystem

  • Develop and track metrics to measure and ensure success of treatment experience and marketing/promotional programs

  • Develop budgets and develop/track metrics to ensure success of programs

  • Work closely with Value/Access to impact the longterm strategies based on the market trends and competitive environment

  • Partner with market research and analytics to develop customer insights to inform decisionmaking in support of strategy

  • Liaise closely with Legal Regulatory and Compliance to execute brand tactics efficiently and compliantly

Qualifications

  • 15 years of pharmaceutical experience with focus on US marketing

  • Deep experience in Patient Access/Patient Services and Payer landscape required

  • Recent US Launch experience strongly preferred

  • 3 years managing/leading a team and developing talent

  • Bachelors Degree is required; MBA or other advanced degrees is preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategy and execute/measure campaigns

  • Pharmaceutical sales and/or sales management a plus

  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions pharma industry guidelines and other compliancerelated issues

  • Highlevel strategic thinking with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategy

  • Proven selfstarter able to work independently able to handle full workload across multiple projects

  • Collaborates seamlessly across functions to build effective working relationships and align on strategy and .

  • High level of selfawareness and understanding of the importance of selfmonitoring behavior for continuous improvement

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills demonstrated ability to be a proactive thinker and to embody a solutionoriented mindset

  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively in a complex matrix environment and building sustainable and collaborative relationships with internal and external customers

  • Ability to articulate and convey complex data and information concisely to internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
