Job Description
Direct Medics Healthcare Recruitment are seeking a compassionate and skilledBand 6 Mental Health Nurse or Social Worker to join the CAMHS Team based in the Fylde Coast area. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated candidate with experience of CAMHS services and Childrens child protection work (face to face only).
Contract is 3 months initially with full time hours required (MondayFriday 9am5pm).
In this role you will:
Complete assessments independently and support young people with the experience of working with risk and adapting changing risk plans.
Signpost to appropriate services and make safeguarding referrals when needed; triaging / duty support for a team and prioritising caseload and work.
Requirements
Hold Professional/recognised Degree qualification in Mental Health Nursing / Social Work with relevant professional registration
Relevant UK experience of working with young people with variety of wellbeing and mental health presentations; CAMHS/Child Protection settings
Ability to complete care and hospital discharge plans
Full UK Drivers License and access to a car
Right to Work in the UK
