FLOOR SALES MANAGER
SALES MANAGER

operates 31 dealerships throughout Florida California Quebec and plans to continue the expansion in the
U.S.
SUMMARY
Helps the General Manager to monitor the new/usedvehicle sales departments and the performance of all
employees within the respective departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Greet all customers that come in with Flyby
Manage uplist greeter and next three available sales associates
Ensure sales team is completing the sales process accurately and in its entirety
Follow up customers to see how their check in and test drive experience was
TO customers and keep deals moving to the next process.
Assign leads to sales team
Assists in the development of improvement programs for salespeople who are
having difficulty reaching their objectives.
Ensures that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed by
salespeople.
Assists salespeople in closing deals when necessary.
Understands keeps abreast of and complies with federal state and local
regulations that affect vehicle sales.
SCHEDULE:
8hour shift
Weekend availability
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

LICENSE
Must maintain a valid instate Drivers License and be considered insurable with the dealerships
insurance policy.
