Qualifications :
Our most successful candidates will have:
Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint to track team metrics prepare reports and present insights relevant to a dynamic music streaming environment.
Experience in fastpaced digitalfirst environments ideally within media entertainment or streaming services to effectively adapt to industry trends and evolving customer expectations.
Strong people management skills with the ability to build trust motivate teams and foster a collaborative culture aligned with the fastevolving world of music and digital content.
Sharp analytical thinking with the ability to interpret operational data identify user behavior trends and drive performance improvements that enhance the streaming customer experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills essential for articulating feedback managing escalations and collaborating with crossfunctional teams across support content and technical departments.
A genuine passion for digital entertainment is a strong plus helping to connect with the brand and the audience more effectively.
