Who are we looking for
Nike seeks a Production Specialist (Specialist II) to support productions for North America Brand Creative. The Specialist will be responsible for supporting endtoend productions for consumer across the full studio with an emphasis on live experiences and creative production delivering efficiently and according to Nikes daily seasonal and longterm marketing objectives.
The Specialist is highly organized results driven and hungry to learn. A strong communicator liaising crossfunctionally within brand marketing to support an organized efficient and successful production process. They are problemsolvers forwardthinkers and creative partners always improving production to effectively execute the creative strategy of North America Brand Creative.
What will you work on
As a Production Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the production team across content and experience in partnership with Creative Brand Management and other crossfunctional Nike teams. You will support creative partner outreach and negotiations budget management and accruals contract in partnership with Nike Legal and Business Affairs and take on introductory level production responsibilities. When permitted you may be on location to support the lead producer on any number of onset production responsibilities.
Who will you work with
You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Production and you will support the Mens Studio Production team. You will partner closely with your Creative and Brand counterparts so that work is organized seamlessly for successful productions. You will also work closely with key business functions such as Finance Legal BA Procurement and the Product Specialist COE. In addition youll be a trusted partner to Sports Marketing and Energy Marketing when these teams are engaged for specific productions.
What you bring:
Knowledge of Live Consumer Experience Production inclusive of scenic fabrication and live programming.
Knowledge of Photography Motion and Postproduction.
A committed personal passion for seeing ideas come to life and a desire to grow in the production space.
Experience in contract negotiation
Experience in budget planning management and reconciliation
Ability to organize and support various teams to a successful outcome
Ability to establish good relationships within the creative and production industry
A strong ability to solve problems and solutionsoriented attitude
13 years in fields directly related to production and creative project management
Bachelors Degree or higher in Marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education experience or training
