The Role: Partnerships Executive Atlassian Williams Racing & HYROX

Were looking for a commercially minded and relationshipdriven Partnerships Executive to support the management and activation of two of our most highprofile partnerships Atlassian Williams Racing and HYROX. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of performance sport and global brand partnerships helping to bring bestinclass campaigns and experiences to life.

You will work crossfunctionally with brand trading content campaign influencer retail and performance marketing teams to execute and optimise partnership plans while ensuring both internal and external stakeholders are aligned and engaged.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the Partnerships Manager in the daytoday running and activation of the Atlassian Williams Racing and HYROX partnerships.

• Be the key point of contact for partner communications and ensure a strong collaborative relationship with each partner.

• Deliver standout brand campaigns and activations that align to shared goals and bring the partnerships to life across touchpoints.

• Work with internal teams to ensure partnership rights are maximised including product integration digital amplification events athlete/influencer usage and social content.

• Coordinate planning timelines and key milestone management across all partnership activity.

• Monitor performance and KPIs against agreed targets supporting with regular reporting and insights.

• Assist with asset approvals product launches and partnerfacing presentations.

• Champion internal education around the partnerships and drive integration across relevant business functions.

• Support on the strategic roadmap and identify new ways to build value into the partnerships.

What Were Looking For

• 1 years experience in partnerships brand marketing sponsorship or a similar commercial/marketing role.

• Passion for sport fitness and performanceled brands.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail able to manage multiple workstreams to tight deadlines.

• A proactive communicator with strong relationshipbuilding capabilities.

• Commercial mindset with an ability to think both creatively and strategically.

• Team player who thrives in a fastpaced collaborative environment.

• Confident in presentations and reporting both written and verbal.

• Knowledge or interest in F1 endurance sports or functional fitness is a bonus.
