The Prime team is looking for a Senior product leader to accelerate and transform how we use incentives to drive Prime acquisition. Specifically how we test scale and personalize incentives that help NonPrime Amazon customers (NPA) experience and join Prime with goal to build lasting relationships with NPA customers and settle them into paid Prime program. This role will partner closely with Prime acquisition science/Econ digital benefit and country marketplace teams to innovate on both the types of incentives we offer as well as the precision with which we target and personalize incentives. Additionally this role will simplify and streamline incentives signup CX to create a smooth transition experience for NonPrime Amazon customers to experience Prime and settle into paid Prime programs.
Key job responsibilities
* Vision and roadmap: Create align and drive vision and roadmap to stepfunction change how we onramp customers into Prime program via personalized incentives and frictionless incentive CX. Think big and bold to drive significant customer impact while driving high ROI product roadmaps making Are Right A Lot tradeoff decisions.
* Product innovation: Partner with Prime acquisition science/econ digital benefit and marketplace retail teams to keep raising a high bar on customer facing CX internal user tooling reporting/BI as well as ML performance for incentive offers. Ground product decisions and in a workingbackwards mindset to drive measurable customer impact and set new industry standards for subscription model incentives.
* Cross functional leadership and operating model improvements: Lead and influence crossfunctional partnership across business units at Amazon (Prime Core PV and benefits verticals marketplace Prime and retail teams shopping foundation and CX traffic and marketing etc. to amplify and accelerate the impact we drive improving every customer touch point and raise the bar across CX journeys. Invent and simplify operating model and mechanisms to accelerate product and program innovation and foster quick failfast twowaydoor testing.
* Organizational and tech influence: Influence tech decisions on how to use latest technology in GAI configurable CX big data and elastic cloud to keep raising the bar on architectural extensibility marketplace/program scalability and operational excellence; influence key decisions impacting incentive offers across other Amazon verticals (bullet above) to create coherent user experiences across customer surfaces and ingresses.

5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
Bachelors degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning
Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
