Job Title: HR Operations Delivery Excellence Lead: Global Process Service Excellence and Project Portfolio Lead

Position Summary:
The HR Operations Global Process Service Excellence and Project Portfolio Lead is a pivotal role responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across global HR processes. This role focuses on process optimization service delivery model enhancement and the definition of service management processes using advanced technologies such as Workday PeopleDoc and ServiceNow. The successful candidate will lead strategic HR projects ensuring seamless and alignment with organizational goals while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization:
- Review and assess existing HR process models define improvements and implement optimized processes across multiple geographies.
- Establish and lead Process Governance including Business Process Management and a Continuous Improvement Framework.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives enhancing Workday processes for employee lifecycle and position management to improve workforce management budget control and data accuracy.
- Own Global Process Model (GPM) working with GPOs ensuing GPM model is fully documented and operationalized. Responsible for maintaining repository of GPM and DTPs/SOPs for all countries and leading change control for all changes from local to regional and global.
- In partnership with HR Digitalization Lead in drive Design Authority (process governance) within HR and demand management governance with ITHR team.
- Act as a coach and HR Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) partnering with Regional Heads of HR Operations and HR Global Process Owners (GPOs) guide People Solution Centre (PSC) teams ensure teams maintain process governance and compliance with regulations and legislation.
Service Delivery Model Optimization:
- Review and assess the existing service delivery model including employee service entry channels service catalogue and service management framework.
- Define improvements and drive the implementation of an optimized Tier 1 (T1 and Tier 2 (T2 service delivery model supported by technology such as ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with PSC teams to standardize local HR Business Partner (HR BP) related processes across multiple geographies.
Service Management:
- Implement and manage ServiceNow for HR service management including incident management request fulfilment problem management and change management.
- Utilize ServiceNow to automate HR processes improve efficiency and enhance service delivery.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports to monitor HR service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other HR systems and tools.
Project Management:
- Lead and execute strategic HR projects including global payroll optimization vendor transitions and system enhancements (Workday PeopleDoc ServiceNow).
- Develop project plans allocate resources and track progress to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manage critical projects supporting the success of Global HR Operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in HR (HR operations/shared services HR Transition and Transformation); consulting background is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes compliance requirements and regulatory standards.
- Experience in HR managed services and system integrations particularly with Workday Payroll systems PeopleDoc and ServiceNow highly desirable.
- Proficiency in business process management and knowledge of service/operational excellence improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Effective team player with a passion for making a positive difference.
- Experience in a multicultural environment. A global mindset and the ability to work and collaborate with different functions and cultures.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not necessary.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
