Within the Group you will join the Group Chief Strategy Officer & Head of IR as a Personal Assistant of the Management Committee Member (MC)
Your job and daily missions:
- Provide administrative support to the MC Member
- Organize and schedule complex meetings and appointments
- Book travel and arrangements
- Perform multifaceted general office support: timeoff purchases expense accounts
- Collaborate with other executive and administrative assistants throughout the organization to ensure smooth and highquality service
- In addition of this core mission:
- You will support the Deputy Head of Strategy
- Organize and schedule complex meetings and appointments
- Book travel and other arrangements
- You will also support the teams and contribute to the depts cohesion
- Organize employee arrivals and departures
- Manage supply & software requests
- Plan travel arrangements ensure accuracy of expense accounts schedule meetings
- Track and monitor the teams holidays and leaves of absence
- Manage department logistics (maintaining a sufficient stock of supplies & computer equipment & their inventory
- Organize depts events and celebrations
- You may also perform the following nonexhaustive tasks:
- Produce daytoday documents and reports (dashboards monitoring quantitative and/or qualitative data budget control ...
- Attend meetings and write up the minutes
- Perform other duties as assigned
