An opportunity is available for a Head of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations across multiple countries in Southern Africa. Based in Johannesburg this role reports directly into Europe and plays a key role in driving financial performance.
Key Requirements:
- CA(SA) qualification
- 3 years experience in financial management at a senior level overseeing multiple operations
- Strong background in manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Experience with financial ERP systems and highbudget businesses
- Willingness to travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive financial planning analysis and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with Operational & Commercial Directors
- Manage capex investments and financing models
Skills & Attributes:
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Resultsdriven analytical and detailoriented
- Ability to influence mentor and lead teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
