Job Description
My client a leader in Hong Kongs financial services landscape is embarking on a exciting journey to simplify and transform their business and IT landscape through a multiyear digitalization program. They are expanding the Digital Data and AI teams and are currently seeking a QA Engineer to join them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed test plans and cases for AI systems and web applications including chatbots.
- Create maintain and execute both automated and manual test scripts to assess system functionality.
- Identify and document defects working closely with development teams to resolve issues and enhance system quality.
- Conduct various testing types such as performance functional and regression to ensure a seamless user experience across platforms.
Skills and Experience for success:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems IT Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in quality assurance particularly with AI or machine learning systems.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning principles natural language processing and AI model performance metrics.
- Proficient in web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and experienced with test automation tools like Selenium and Postman.
