The Dufresne Group is currently seeking a Delivery Planning Coordinator for our Delivery Planning Team in Winnipeg MB.
As a Delivery Planning Coordinator you will be responsible for utilizing the delivery data to create efficient and effective daily plans for the utilization of delivery resources for all locations.

As the Delivery Planning Coordinator you will:
- Review demand forecast short and long term.
- Create a plan for number of routes as required.
- Review plan with all stakeholders for alignment then document file and execute accordingly.
- Open and manage Storis capacity for deliveries according to resource plan considering delivery offering commitments for specific route codes to meet Days to Capacity requirements.
- Take action to set base levels shift increase or decrease capacity accordingly based on demand.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and respect all timelines routing parameters administrative activities related to clean order routing as well as software requirements.
- Facilitate pre final and post routing duties to maximize the utilization of deliver assets meeting all predetermined key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain all points of data entry and tracking for the purpose of performance measurement and reporting. As well crate and ensuring upkeep of all SOP documentation in relation to the of the role.
- Develop excellent working relationships and liaise with all other connected departments to meet job objectives trouble problematic orders and review improvement opportunities.
- Report to the Manager of Fleet Capacity and Compliance on established performance metrics and process as well as escalate any areas of major concern.
As a successful candidate you will have the following:
- High school diploma.
- 12 years of logistics experience.
- Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn inhouse computer programs.
- Experience utilizing routing software or Storis is considered an asset.
- Well organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal written and electronic communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canadas geographic locations a benefit.
- Flexible availability this team operates 7 days per week and schedules may fall within evenings and/or weekends.
- Occasional overtime may be required with little or no notice in order to meet deadlines.
