Recent Learning Team Coordinator Testimonial
Having completed a placement year with Sea Cadets I can say that it has been an incredible experience filled with personal growth and impactful work. Working at MSSC has allowed me to help make a difference in the Sea Cadet experiences of both volunteers and cadets. The year has offered me personal development opportunities like a secondary placement for two weeks with the operations team completing my Level 2 award in skills for further learning and employment and working towards my Day Skipper Theory. The team around me have been supportive friendly and easy going making it a pleasure to come to work every day and make them approachable with any questions that I had.
