Job Description

Kansas City General and Vascular Surgery is seeking a surgical oncology physician for their practice in the Kansas City Candidates:Candidates should have completed general surgery training at an ACGMEaccredited programFellowship training is required in a program approved by the Society of Surgical OncologyRequires vascular surgical cases in addition to minimal general surgery casesSurgeons with interest in breast and/or melanoma are encouraged to applyIdeal clinical focus on cutaneous and complex GI malignanciesTraining in minimally invasive surgical techniques is a plusPreference for experienced surgeons but will consider those recently trainedBoard certified or eligible in surgical oncologyEligible for licensure in Missouri and KansasIncentive/Benefits Package:Competitive compensation package with base salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package including health dental vision life and disability Partnership eligibility after three years of employmentTime away from work combines paid time off disability coverage and leaves of absenceCME time and dues allowances
