About the Team

In South Africa we focus on boosting clients businesses by providing topnotch digital advertising solutions with professionalism integrity and passion. The team plays a crucial role in bringing the companys innovative products to market working closely with technical and account management teams to ensure high campaign performance.

The Account Management team is crucial in driving our companys success working collaboratively to deliver. As an Account Manager you will play a substantial role in building an excellent relationship with our existing and new clients. You are an important element in the clients journey. Thanks to your expertise and your active listening youll be able to help them achieve their goals.

You will work closely with the sales team and technical account management team. You will report to the Account Management Team Lead.

You Will:

  • manage a portfolio of client accounts;
  • cooperate with the largest brands from the market in Africa;
  • meet clients facetoface regularly to ensure premium customer service;
  • create campaign strategies in a variety of industries based on data analysis your own creativity and client needs;
  • adhere to the company goals related to campaign management (i.e. keep an eye on campaign margin and scale);
  • respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
  • regularly report campaign status for the largest clients and provide improvement ideas to the direct manager;
  • take care of customer success and longterm relationship;
  • provide specific information regarding companys services and products;
  • assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns;
  • obtain review and process orders; ensure timely payments for our services.

Desired Experience:

  • experience 3 years) in digital advertising;
  • preferably experience working in adtech advertiser or agency (online area) both on performance and awareness campaigns;
  • bachelors degree or similar;
  • interest in digital marketing/ ecommerce;
  • working experience with MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint;
  • knowledge of customer support tools and processes;
  • ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
  • excellent analytical and problemsolving skills;
  • welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills;
  • multitasking high level of energy resourcefulness;
  • high level of motivation and willingness to learn;
  • positive cando attitude;
  • advanced command of English (C1 level);
  • candidate to be Johannesburg or Cape Town based.
