Job Description
The Corporate Language Trainer for English is responsible for the Design Delivery and Evaluation of language improvement courses and all the activities related to this process. The target group of this role is the employees from Stefanini Solve IT in Turin and occasionally other employees from Italy depending on the business requirements.
The classes will be held in person at the Stefanini premises in Turin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs assessments to validate the trainees level of language skill in English;
- Prepares customizes and delivers the language improvement courses for group sessions or for individual audience;
- Prepares and delivers personalized learning programs based on business requests;
- Makes sure that the training program is deployed in an atmosphere that is favorable to the learning and the development process;
- Offers equal expression chances to all the trainees always taking into account the importance of their development;
- Offers constructive feedback and helps each participant to find new development ways for the future;
- Organizes and tracks accurately the participation in the training sessions;
- Shares feedback with trainees direct manager on a constant basis.
- Fluency in English Native or nearnative proficiency (C1/C2 level).
- Teaching Experience At least 23 years of experience in teaching English preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
- Relevant Certification TEFL TESOL CELTA or equivalent language teaching certification.
- Experience with Group & Individual Training Ability to handle both group sessions and oneonone coaching.
- Business English Expertise Knowledge of business communication professional writing and industryspecific terminology.
- Flexible and Adaptive Teaching Methods Experience in customizing lessons based on learner needs and company requirements.
- Familiarity with Online & InPerson Training Comfortable using digital tools for virtual sessions if needed.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills Ability to engage learners and provide constructive feedback.
- Availability & Commitment Willingness to deliver regular sessions at Stefaninis Turin premises.
