Wage: $23/hour 35 hours per week 8weeks
Start Date: TBD
Description of Duties
This position will support with recruitment for our summer program.
In addition the Human Resources Assistant would assist the HR Team with any projects that are assigned.
The Human Resources Assistant would learn service orientation through communication with potential candidates in the recruitment process answering inquiries from employees filing and assisting with new employee orientation.
Qualifications
Have a Valid Ontario Drivers License (Class G or G2 with access to a reliable vehicle and car insurance.
Possess excellent analytical interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
Proficient in PC computer environment that utilize MS Office (Word Excel Outlook etc..
Are between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment;
(b) be a Canadian Citizen permanent resident or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act S.C. 2001 c. 27*; and
(c) be legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial / territorial legislation and regulations.
*International students are not eligible. Recent immigrants are eligible if they are Canadian Citizens or permanent residents.
